He is a Certified Research Administrator (CRA) fluent in Uniform Guidance, CAS, and FAR, with a proven record of guiding institutions through federal audits, streamlining award closeouts, and designing sustainable compliance frameworks. Dr. Mombou is also an active member of SRAI and NCURA, contributing thought leadership on the future of research compliance and administration.
